This was a challenge for Daily Paintworks. The idea was to do a painting using rectangular brushstrokes. I decided to do my favorite self portrait pose and kick the color up to comic proportions. It is a fun process and it torques your usual perceptions.
This is such an appealing look at Christine! I remember the original of this, and I may like this version even more.
